Research indicates that more Executive time is lost due to martial and relationship problems than any other cause.

The reasons are well documented; pressure of work, long hours, stressful travel, time away from home, partners and children. Relationships become strained creating increased tension, frequently leading to arguments and a distancing between partners.

Instead of addressing the root of the problem, all to often money is seen as the solution in the form of a new car for the partner, a better or more expensive school for the children or a new house, all of which results in increased financial pressures on the Executive and the relationship. Even an expensive holiday can fail to result in an improvement in the relationship and in certain instances can aggravate the problem.

Unfortunately, in the vast majority of cases the problem is not addressed until it becomes acute or even critical.

The People Principle has created a unique concept, an atmosphere conducive to bringing back together, people whose lives have changed dramatically since they first met and decided to spend their lives together.

Couples have the opportunity to spend a week together in a 16th Century farmhouse in the heart of Exmoor, one of Britain's most beautiful National Parks. Their hosts are Jenny and Edwin Kennen.
